This is another on-line P.E. lesson created by Joey Feith, a physical education teacher in Montreal. This lesson will help you to understand the difference between a heart beat, your pulse and your heart rate. It will help you know when your heart rate is in the moderate to vigorous zone and to identify different activities that can help your heart get into that zone.
