obstacle course
You can create your own obstacle course using items that you find around your house. Include: things to jump over like pillows, stuffies, boxes, toys; things to crawl under or climb over like broom sticks, stools, chairs, baskets; things to balance on like rope, boards, books, and cushions; include challenges like throwing a ball into a basket or bucket, doing a forward roll, kicking a ball at a target, 3 pushups, holding a balance for 5 seconds. Be creative and see what kind of obstacle courses you can create.
