Have some fun combining fitness and literacy! Click on the links below to download the Fit Alphabet. Then use a whiteboard or paper to spell out your name or any interesting (long...) words that you can think of and do the exercises that go along with each letter. Challenge everyone in your family to join you. I've included an extra challenge for the adults in your house. Have fun!!!

Check them out! Cosmic Kids Yoga has a YouTube channel full of Yoga, Mindfulness and Relaxation videos designed specifically for kids. Brain Breaks - Action Songs for Children is a YouTube channel with action songs that many of our younger students (EDC, Kindergarten and Grade 1) will enjoy.
